UNFI was notified by the manufacturer that this is a food safety event and please refer to the attached letter.  The recall is due to the possible contamination with Bacillus cerus, a bacteria that can cause digestive issues.  The illness is often mild and there is only a remote possibility of serious adverse health effects.
