Colgate-Palmolive Company is sending you this Notice because our records indicate you purchased product from one or more lots of the Fabuloso Multi-Purpose Cleaner variants listed in Appendix A (“Fabuloso” or “Impacted Product”). Colgate identified that the preservative in the Fabuloso formulation was not added at the intended levels during the manufacturing of certain lots of the product from December 14, 2022 through January 23, 2023. Colgate is not aware of any adverse events related to the Impacted Product. We are requesting that you segregate and not sell any remaining inventory of the Impacted Product. We ask that you not take further action with respect to the Impacted Product at this time.

Colgate has already notified the relevant regulatory authorities of this matter, and we will be sending you a follow-up communication with additional information as soon as possible.
