Maple Leaf Farms is voluntarily recalling frozen Roast Half Duck produced on 9/7/23 and 9/8/23, as a precautionary measure after consultation with USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service. This action is being taken as a precaution after an internal review of environmental and finished product sampling records indicated the product may potentially be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
